AHA doesn’t recommend vasopressin at all anymore. Just use epi.

Could be local protocol. The service I just left still uses drugs that are currently not recommended because their medical director is “old school”. 

I actually just think it was the individual EMS crew. I know the EMS director and she’s pretty up to date on her protocols. That’s actually the first EMS crew I’ve seen use vasopressin, especially two consecutive rounds of it.
