Also the other day it was soooo busy and we had three critical pediatric patients that one physician was balancing (one was septic, one had meningitis, and one was seizing uncontrollably), so I got handed a bunch of charts of the people who were waiting and told to start workups and get histories on them.

It was a lot of fun and rewarding because I managed to catch and do a complete workup for DKA and I was quite proud of myself:)
