Medical staff should not treat a patient’s family as stupid or uneducated, it’s so freaking frustrating.

Telling me that my grandfather just has a “bad flu” when I can easily see bilateral basilar infiltrates on the CXR is nothing short of treating me like an idiot. 

Also got into an argument about lab values (last time I checked a creatinine of 2mg/dl is elevetaed)

Urg I’m probably just overreacting but it’s hard not to be the family member from hell.
